■Shipping
International orders will be shipped by EMS within 7 business days after payment is completed.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to customs procedures or local delivery conditions.
■Shipping Fees, Duties, and Import Charges
When you select your destination country or region at checkout, the applicable shipping-related charges will be displayed.
Please review the amount before completing your payment.
【Shipping to the United States】
The displayed fee includes the product price, shipping fee, customs duties, and import-related charges, calculated based on the total order value.
In most cases, no additional charges will be required upon delivery. However, additional fees may apply depending on customs clearance or other circumstances.
For orders over JPY 50,000, please contact us before placing your order.
【Shipping to Countries Other Than the United States】
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the contents of your order, and are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout after you select your destination country or region.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related charges that may apply are the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities or other relevant agencies in each country or region, so RunSunJapan is unable to confirm the amount in advance.

For international orders, credit card payment only is accepted.
Please check the available card brands at checkout.
■Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
We also do not accept size exchanges for international orders.
Please carefully check the size, color, and product details before placing your order.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled after shipment.
■Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
